The prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday.
For a stay up to 4 days we calculate a surcharge of 20% and for 5 until 6 days 10%.
In addition to the above prices, we are obliged to collect the municipal residence tax.

General terms and conditions and important information

Details

Arrival/departure

On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 2.00 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the flat by 9.00 am.

Payment

Bank transfer or cash. We do not accept credit cards.
Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit.

Cancellation

For reservations cancelled up to 3 months prior to the date of arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations up to 3 months - 1 month before the check in, 50% of the total amount must be paid.
For cancellations up to 1 month - 2 weeks before the check in, 70% of the total amount must be paid.
For cancellations of less than two weeks before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure, 90% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Travel insurance

We would recommend you taking out a travel insurance, our suggestion it the "Europäische Reiseversicherung", which provides cancellation cover also in case of COVID-19 illness despite pandemic status.
